Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive pay scale up to $0.55/mile (including performance bonuses)

  • Approximately 200 power units, almost all under 4 years old
    
  • Primarily Cummins-powered International LT625s
    
  • Bendix "Wingman" safety systems fleetwide
    
  • Automated documentation tools for simplified BOLs, PODs, invoicing, etc.
    
  • Over 400 paper-spec dry van trailers
    
  • "Drop & Hook" programs where possible to eliminate wait times
    
  • Two terminals (Wiggins, MS & Tupelo, MS) and multiple drop yards
    Dispatch & Support:
    
    • Load Planners and Fleet Managers assigned by driver, not by geographic regions
      
    • Dispatch staff that knows you and your preferences
      
    • Company owners with "open door" policy
      
    • Flexible home time (submitted through ELDs)
      
    • NO routes to/from New York City or Jersey City
      
    • 1 Day Orientation
