Certification Details
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).
- Job Details
- The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients.
- Responsibilities include: abdominal, pelvic (gynecological & obstetrical), and transvaginal sonograms.
- Proficient at scanning small parts (thyroid, breast & scrotum).
- Performs ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and aspirations.
  - Job Requirements
  - ARDMS- RVT
  - BLS
  - At least 1 year experience in specialty preferred
    - Schedule Information
    - Shift: M-F evenings (3:30 PM - 12 AM)
    - 1-2 days call per week
