Summary:

Provides physical labor as part of a crew or independently to complete project related tasks in accordance with NCC and OSHA safety regulations.
Project is located near Eucha, OK and is expected to last Q1 of 2026.

Description:

Complete various tasks around the project
Ensure that all Nicholson and OSHA safety regulations are followed and enforced; responsible for safety on site
Ensure that all Nicholson quality standards are met
Attend safety meetings and provide input as needed
Work as part of a crew and take direction from supervisors
Focus on daily and weekly goals for the project with a high level of attention to detail

Qualifications & Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED along with 1 year of construction industry / general laborer experience
Ability to use various tools
Ability to thoroughly follow directions given by supervisors to complete assigned tasks
Ability to work as part of a crew
Ability to focus on daily and weekly goals for the project
Knowledge of applicable OSHA and Nicholson safety rules

Physical Requirements:

Reaching high and low, stooping, and bending continually
Lifting/carrying/moving up to 100 pounds
Requires a high degree of concentration in a busy and noisy construction environment
Requires working in all types of weather
