Class A Driver Southwest Regional Route

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on regional routes.
  
• Deliver freight with 100% no-touch, including drop & hook and live unload.
  
• Maintain compliance with all Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
  
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
  
• Manage freight and paperwork efficiently.
  
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
  Home Time:
  
  • Weekly home time with 34-hour resets, providing a predictable schedule.
    Equipment:
    
    • Drive modern, 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth trucks.
      
    • Enjoy 24/7 operational support.
      Pay & Benefits:
      
      • Average weekly miles: 2,000 miles.
        
      • Average weekly pay: $1,200 gross.
        
      • Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload.
        
      • Detention pay: $12.50/hour after the second hour.
        
      • Layover/Breakdown pay: $100/day.
        
      • Performance bonus: Up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (paid monthly).
        Requirements:
        
        • Valid Class A CDL.
          
        • 3 months Minimum of required driving experience.
          
        • Must meet all DOT regulations.
